Pictures of Sliders Bolted to the frame.

I have searched and ended up makeing a thread, sorry.

I have a set of bolt on sliders that I have still not installed. They are weld on and I will be heading to Arkansas in 2 weeks, so 1 side will be welded on and the other bolted due to the fact that I have some exhisting body damage and will need to be able to remove the slider to repair it.

I am thinking about just welding some angle iron to the slider then bolting that to the frame.
I'd like to see what some of ya'll have.

Thanks for the pics they are just fine. I hadn't thought about bolting from the bottom along with the side. About how far from the pinch weld are the legs? I am thinking of trying to get about a half inch. Would that have enough allowance for when they are put to use?

 

What size bolts are being used?
