bought it just like it sits. Only thing I've done so far is put my old HID kit in it so the headlights are a little better.

This is my buddy's old truck!! He traded it in a a brand new TRD Sport Double Cab. He was the original owner of this one and always took good care of his shit so you've got yourself a nice truck there :)

Yeah, he's a cop up there in portland. I met him!
After buying the truck, I was driving around looking to grab something to eat with my gf and we decide to go to taco bell so its quick(and it was like 10 at night)... As turn off the street to turn into the taco bell drive through, a cop car pull in right on my ass. I think 'wait, did I do something illegal???' so I stop at the entrance to the drive thru and roll the window down. He rolls down the passenger window in the patrol car and says 'hey, how do you like the truck?.... It was mine. I just traded it in a few weeks ago!'
Now that was about the biggest surprise ever! Never would have expected that to happen! He seemed like a cool guy too.
There was actually another member on the site that was friends with the previous owner as well and he PMed me that night after I sent a pic of the truck to the TW live thread.

Matte black plasti dipped wheels, fender flares, and front bumper. Sta-Tyte fold away rope hooks.
This is an old thread but I was wondering if those 265/75/16 BFG tires rubbed at all on your 2001 stock height prerunner? Thanks!

yes, front tires had very minor rub at full turn out. It was very minor though and I could have lived with it without lifting the truck. It was still on stock suspension in those pics.
