If you've never been to an off road race like that, you should do it sometime. We've been going to the baja 250, 500 and 1000 for about 3 years straight. We camp out next to the course and drink, talk, take a cruise through the course at night before the race. Then we wake up and keep drinking. Watch the race fly by us, move to another spot on the course where we see them coming back into the finish line and watch them again. This time we're going to stay and party in San Felipe after the race. San Felipe is sick because you have the hard packed desert, sand dunes and the beach within a 10 mile drive.

Oh I know i'm going to abuse my truck alittle down in San Felipe but that's just the thing... I'd much rather have fun in San Felipe than Pine valley.
If i break something at Pine valley, I won't be able to go to San Felipe and that'll really bum me out.

But don't worry bro! I'll be there this Sunday with all of you.

On a serious note, to those out there that want to go but have reservations about getting stuck, DON'T EVEN SWEAT IT !! Have fun, get stuck, myself or another 4x in the group will happily strap you out & continue on, & if you get stuck again, same thing applies I have no problem strapping you out again, this is a fun run it ain't survival quest, but I DO stop from time to time for what may appear to be no reason, & as the other guys I wheel with here will tell you , I pick up trash I see along the trail, not every piece, just here & there & what I don't pick up this time I get the next, it just pisses me off that the same people that use these trails & throw shit out are the same ones that don't understand why the trail they used to luv to go on is now closed because of abuse of the privilage to do so ! NO ONE in OUR TW group throws shit out along the way ( At least I had better not see anyone do it) OK lecture over, I don't worry about you guys 'cause I think you get it, just wish others would too.........:D:D:D

OK LETTTSSS JJUUZZZZ DOOOO IITT !!!!:D:eek::D:eek:

I know it's not necessary but i'm wondering if any of you have a SWR meter to tune my CB radio? I've had my CB for a while now but never used it because the ocasion hasn't presented itself. If any of you guys will have CB's well then it won't hurt to have mine.
