Pioneer AVH W4400

I have Pioneer AVH W4400 with Maestro wiring harness and micro switch installed. When stopped video works but as soon as i start moving video goes out. not sure what to do about it. I think it is related to Maestro. Any help with this my granddaughter would be very thankful.

 

it's because of the pink VSS wire in the harness. (vehicle speed sense)
or possibly the GPS antenna

VSS was one of the requirements on the wireless carplay units. This normally pairs with units with built-in navigation to ensure the gps knows your actual speed, in case of a loss of signal. In this scenario, the radio knows you are moving, even if the parking brake has been bypassed. There isn't much info about the need of the VSS wire in the manual. I'd say cut it and cap it off and see if wireless carplay still works. Then see if the video works

Be sure you have the latest firmware version from pioneer.. There are youtube as how to do this as well..
