Im about to do this install is this an accurate parts list? i dont want to jus order it from Amazon and hope it has all the adapters. I dont care much about sirius xm or the OEM gps antenna if it doesnt affect anything else. Im also in a 2019 sport with only a rear camera and dont care about a front camera. I definitely want the maestro engine vitals though. Also theres no advantage with the 7600 over the 6600 right?

trying to read through the whole thread, did you have to modify the bezel at all to get this flush? I'm looking at this head unit for my 3rd gen.

nope, you just have to drill holes in the factory bracket.

I have the 6600 installed with the Germes controller. When I shift from reverse to drive, the front camera comes on for maybe 1 second and then shuts off. Also, double pressing the Hold button does not activate either camera. The Germes worked perfectly with the stock (JBL) head unit. Any idea what’s going on here?

Likely your Germes power is off reverse rather than remote out from the 6600 or ignition switched fused power.

    1. The order of the connections to the should be factory harness, GERMS harness, then radio harness.
    2. Power the GERMS unit off the AMP turn on wire from the radio harness (blue with white stripe).

The default GERMS activation button (when not in reverse) is a double tap on the mode button on the steering wheel.

If anyone is interested, I have a Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX for sale. It comes with all adapters, iDataLink Maestro RR, and everything needed for installation in a 3rd gen Tacoma. The 6600 and 7600 have the same screen size, etc. The 7600 is XM-ready, so no extra adapter is needed. If you're interested, please message me. Also, it still has warranty left. Unfortunately, I wrecked my Tacoma.
    SOLD

Has anyone experienced an intermittent issue with the Pioneer/ Maestro RR combo and the DRL. I find my DRL's work most times and then there may be a half a day of driving where they don't turn on when the truck starts. I have the DRL's on in the Pioneer settings. Thoughts?

Parking brake must be released for DRL circuit to activate.

I am aware of that. Not the issue. May need to refresh the maestro. Thanks again for the LED swap harnesses.

I recently installed an amp. Where is this blue amp turn on wire?

Blue with white stripe (on the pioneer harness). Blue on the amp.

Thanks! I outsmarted myself. When originally installed, I did not have an amp, so any unused cables were in cloth tape to keep it more organized.

I'm unable to find the answer for this and am hoping someone here has their system set up similarly. I have my front camera and rear camera connected to my pioneer. The maestro is set and flashed to show rear camera on long press of seek down. It is also set to show front camera on long press of seek up. The front camera is not displaying in this manner, but is in the camera view screen. Any ideas in settings of the headunit I may need to adjust?

Plug front camera into maestro harness rather than pioneer directly. Make sure front camera has power from ignition or pioneer remote out.

EDIT: wait does the maestro even have a front camera input?

    go Germes?

I have mine set up the same, just different buttons - short press for front camera and long press for reverse. I don't use it all the time, but it stopped working... It still works for the rear cam, just not the front. I can still get to the front cam from the Pioneer or switch on screen if I have it in reverse. I thought about reprogramming Maestro and see if there's an update, but I don't care enough at this time to pull it out.

I had the Germes, however when the option in the maestro was installed it removed it. I also did not want to deal with the additional wiring harnesses in the dash as it is a nightmare for my OCD.

I have the latest update to the maestro, so I'll see if they have a solution.

Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
Did anyone confirm this? Gonna try tackling a new/upgraded stereo for the new year.
    Thanks.
