Pirelli makes good street tires and naturally they are known for Formula 1, MotoGP etc but that doesn’t mean they invest as much into each product line. Where they are not known is KOH, Baja, SuperTruck, etc. which contributes to my reservations.

Conversely, Maxxis is known for nothing but offroad but don’t make a street tire. Just because they make awesome offroad tires doesn’t mean they may an awesome all season or whatever.

These have some road noise, especially since they are about 45 to 50% gone. They have some pretty big lugs. But with the window up, it's really not bad. Toyo is a hell of a good tire. This is my 1st set and I will most definitely be buying another set. After 2 trips to Moab, no chuncking of the tread at all.

Toyo is nice on the road, but I don't feel like it has good grip in muddy condition. It just starts caking instead of releasing the mud.
Most of my offroading are in really muddy areas, but I also DD so trying to figure out what next tire to get lol.
If it ain't that much louder, I may try to get em.

I don't think they make them that big. Those rigs are running a much larger tire. I think it's just a good all around tire. They also had buy 3 get 1 free. I have a 5th as a spare and have never had to use it.
