what is the file size? what codec did you render, h264? .mov?

I find quicktime files take longer to upload...I like .mp4 extension and use h264 codec around 15mbps data rate will get you a good quality:size ratio

but i dont know what any of that jibber jabber means. i just use iMovie to make all of my videos.
