    If it's anything like an offroad park entrance they check before you go in (while it's loaded)

    I would hate to drive all the way down there and not be able to ride. That would soo suck!

    the like 100 times ive been there with my bike, they have never checked my bike before. i know at hollister hills they check for spark arresters and green/red stickers but they have never checked mine or have i seen them check.

    X2. They have never checked my quad. Just don't do anything stupid out in the dunes that would make the rangers check you.

    you could probably meet up with the SB crew. last time they got to the beach around 930 10am.
    if i do decide to camp friday night ill be there late, if not, ill get there saturday morning probably around 8am

    There will probably be a group meeting in Ventura area then sb then straight to pismo. When we get closer we will figure out time and place. I plan on leaving that Friday morn.

    This sat the 18th, I plan on leaving around 8ish be up there around 10-11am. Just a FYI sat the 18th the high tide is a 5.7' at 6:30ish.
