You can close your tailgate on the flag pole and it's sturdy. This is what I do. I dont go out enough anymore to want to install a mount for it

I have a flag mount that was fabbed up by The Truck Shop and utilizes the 2 bolts on the back passenger side of the bed. I can see how much they are and pick some of them up tomorrow...let me try to get a picture.

At a dirtbike shop they have one that mounts on the axle of a dirtbike, it has a big hole and a small hole, it fits with the 2 bed bolts near the tailgate costs like 9 bucks

Yeah Im taking Friday and Monday off from work. Gotta get my bike out of the shed and dust the spider webs off.

What size whip are you using? Looks like 1/4 inch? Ill be going to one of the shop here in town to buy one.

Is that just sitting in there as well? No other mount on the bottom to hold it? It cant be that simple can it.

Are you allowed any flag? Does it have to be orange and how big can it be?

    Yeah it's like quarter inch.

Yes it just sits in there no rattling no flying out just sits in the no problems what so ever I've done 70+ with this setup. Be careful freeway speeds will tear the flag after a while ;)

Any color any size. Although mine had a orange flag right above the scull and cross bones but I cut it off with a file and so far no problems with the rangers at all.

This is the one I'm getting next :D
