    Thanks for the kind words. Glad we could pitch in with some prizes. They are going to support a good cause. Next we want to try an all silver using CerMark and the other logo. :)

    It’s a small operation and with that you get personalized service and attention. Can engrave or mark just about anything. The sites being updated as new things are done. Store is coming soon with some base products and logos on them as well as some ability for you to customize. We did a champagne flute with a rose on it would be a killer gift for the Mrs on an anniversary. :rofl:

    after the 2 hour bump to 225* (and a sneak peak...) at the 5 hour point I probed it - 144*
    had a nice dry crust forming. Hit it with a ACV and Wooster sauce mix

    it is actually pretty fat in the flat to help even it out. I chiseled away at the deckle to get it more even and it got pretty close. This is one of if not the best shaped/thick briskets I've done.
