Just ordered both the regular and spicy PF rubs. I can’t wait to give these a try!

It gives the 18" WSM about the same cooking surface as the 22" and you can get a dozen racks of ribs on it

Also the drum smoker hanger kits will fit on it and you can smoke directly over coals like a drum smoker if you want

But I use the Cajun Bandit rotisserie more than the stacker

And was what I started with. The roti will actually stack on the stacker and you can have 4 grates, but it does suck down some fuel to keep temps up.

Some silver spray paint if you're ambitious and you can have a Weber Silver Mountain :D

Any updated ETA on the 'unicorn' rub @bvbull200 ? I used up the last of my OG meat massage last night and need to order more, the girl loved it on pork chops. If it's coming soon I will wait and see if I can get my moneys worth on the damn shipping charges, Amazon has me way too spoiled these days haha.

It is being worked on by the Food Technologist at the copacker as we speak. I expect to have samples submitted for my approval this week or next. Once I give the green light, it is usually about a 2 week turnaround from order to receipt.

Barring any hiccups with the blending, we're probably still a good month from launching commercially.

    It's a long, slow process. :(

Answers that question, order incoming. I've got way too much meat to eat this summer that needs the sweet, sweet Texas dust.

If it’s anywhere near as good as the current offerings I believe it will be well worth the wait!

Thanks a bunch! I'll try to get working on fulfillment tonight ;).

Much appreciated! I've been using it a lot lately and have really been enjoying it (even considering all biases). I think it will be an excellent compliment to the Meat Massage - both sweet and savory profiles will be covered!

    Fingers firmly crossed, though :D.

OK, we should only be a month or so out from the fund raiser.
    What's the date?
    Tickets need to be sold.

We're close to finalizing. Likely first weekend in August, though.
