Now I just drink whiskey out of Glencairn glasses. The wife can't fit enough coffee or wine in those to make it worth her while .

Folks like this style or the inverse? I've always done stuff with the inverse of this, but this looks neat, too.

Word of advice, buy in bulk, cuts down on shipping costs in the long run.

If you read back, you will see that this rub has received the stamp of approval on all foods, from hard boiled eggs to freedom fries. So far, there is nothing I wouldn’t put this rub on.

Definitely. Just wanted to try it before buying large amounts but after trying it it’s totally worth it

Doing a pork shoulder tomorrow, I don’t do much pork besides ribs, any tips or tricks? We already know which rub I’ll be using :hattip:

I like the inverse. Just the basic outline. But I wouldn't turn down this one either :D:drunk:

mats, flaps, and stickers. Extang solid fold 2.0. Mobtown sliders and full skids. AVS vents
They are easy to do. Smoke until an internal temp of at least 195, wrap and rest for at least an hour in a cooler or warm oven. It’s going to stall at 150-160. You can wrap to help it along at that point, or just let it ride.

I do mine at 225-240 until they are done. You could probably bump the heat up when it stalls, I don’t think it’ll hurt anything.

Good luck, and Happy easter to all!
