    I'm all for the bag. I don't use shakers much as I usually want a good amount on there. Now on the flip side you could sell a reusable branded shaker if you wanted to. :)

    I did that a 38 minutes ago. Used the last of my meat massage on it so that can only mean one thing....I need to get some more ordered up soon!

    I had to order some after the move, I used the last of mine when we had a big party before we sold/moved out of our house. Ordered some replacement and it got here while I was on vacation once I opened it and took a big whiff of it I was like damn I gotta smoke something SOON, went in the freezer and remembered I had bought a couple of brisket's and a nice sized butt, briskets where used on the 4th so I was like butt it is. :)

    I haven't done ribs in a long time, going to have to get some. Need to grab some more brisket (last batch I did wasn't up to my normal standards, with the heat here I didn't think about what it would do to the cook and it sped it up way too much. So next one I will make sure the temps are dialed down in hopes that it comes out like they have been.

    I've still got to make some smoked ice cream, maybe see if I can melt down some rub for a drizzle. lol

    I'll leave it for you to spread :)
