To accomplish it though I would have needed a larger pit and probably a back hoe to lift the cow and maybe a few hundred packs of rub and maybe 3-4 trees split into firewood.

Hmmm the more I think of it the more I think I made the right monetary decision to just supply some prizes.

I absolutely love the rub on pork chops like that. The food looks great and a thumbs up from the wifey is always a good sign!

Hell yes! Put that stuff to work! Thanks for the first bit of feedback. Looking forward to hearing the results of a low 'n slow next.

I might start whipping up a bigger batch so I can get some samples sent out.

I've got more actual feedback to give, just didn't know if you wanted a PM or here or what, but I'll get something cooked soon... Probably a brisket, ribs, pork...:D

You can PM me all the feedback. Will take under consideration before I get to making sample sizes. I already have one little tweak that I did the other day that I'm happy with.

I'm waiting to hear what @Misplaced Nebraskan has to say in review. I'm having him PM it so that he doesn't hold any punches! :D

I know I'll have to restock some of the ingredients before I make a decent sized batch, though.

I'll keep folks updated and start a running list of folks to send to. I have noted it a few times, but I don't have all the names written in a spot that I can locate .

Ok I’m pretty sure that is permaban worthy right there. There is fun and then there is just going to far.

I’m trying to track to your IP right now so I can let you ISP know the type of language you’re using on the internet.

I just did the same last night. Beard and hair. It was directed that I will be cleaned up for Xmas pictures. I did it, then said merry Xmas, that’s your gift!!!

We had a friend that’s a stylist come over to do the wife’s hair, she needs the money, recently divorced. Then we don’t have to drive anywhere and pay too much for everything. Wife says, are you getting yours cut? I told her no, and that I was growing a man bun. The stylist about pissed herself laughing, then trimmed me up. She had one of the filets I made as well.

When I was growing mine out last year/early this year my father in-law said I looked like I was in one of those groups from the Middle East. :)

    How do these look?

I think we're going with the maroon stitching.

Also, the color on the front was supposed to be a little darker grey with a slight gloss to it. Not super shiny or anything, just a silkier finish. These are just samples, so the production run will have that addressed. Other than that, I think they came out nicely!
