Looking in to it. I'm not sure how 'legit' his health and safety standards are.

It either needs to ship hot or ship very cold (i.e. frozen). I feel like he's often in the 'kind of warm' zone. Yikes.

Sorry for the delay. Got up early had coffee and got right into prep for a pool day and some quick yard chores. Had to be the host with the most all day, then out later for a quick bite at my nephews place. Got home at 21:30 and immediately got in bed. I zonked TF out! Stayed in bed till 09:30 and just got done prepping for day two for the girls. I'm going to finish the yard work and finally service the Taco.

I have a pretty nice 4 burner gas grill I am going to get a smoke box for at first. I have hickory growing here so I was gonna cut one down and cut it up nice with my radial arm saw. Then buy a bottle of cheap bourbon and soak some in it. Until that's ready I'll buy something.

Then ultimately I'd like to get a pellet smoker. Something decent. Something that can run overnight by itself.

I read that PF rib recipe and definitely want to try that. And without doubt, your belly recipe will likely be the first thing I try with the rub on a serious attempt. Everything else will be experimenting.

I'm really excited to get the rub though and just flat out taste it.

Oh well, the weed eater is calling me. Until later .

Scheduled to be picked up tomorrow. I'm expecting a ton of On Point/Unicorn in the wild pics.

    20190811_200411.jpg

I can't thank you all enough for contributing to one hell of a launch. I'm nearly tapped on the new stuff already! There is another stocking order ready to go in tomorrow. I'm really excited about this stuff and by the turnout last week, you all are, too!

For everyone that won prizes in the cook-offs or raffle, I put your prizes in your shipment. Check to make sure you got what you were owed! If you feel something is missing, tell me right away. I was trying to coordinate 4 different lists of stuff .

I did check off each Unicorn shaker against the master list that @Kanyon71 sent me, so at least that part is right.;)

Thanks again and I'm looking forward to all the pics!

Thanks, my man. And thanks for all of your efforts with it. I love the Unicorn inside joke .

I try to keep things simple, make it easy for folks, and concentrate on having a quality product. Reminds me of dealing with Triple S Engraving ;) :D.

I've taken over the closet in the kids' playroom. The wife is on board, though. She's helped a lot with improving my storage and logistics ;).

Thanks for jumping in on it! This is easily my favorite BBQ community and I only stumbled across it because I was in the market for a Tacoma a few years ago. @scottalot was the first to reach out when I made a passing comment about our BBQ rub back in the day, so make sure you give him a high-five, too ;).

Total first-world problems....I'm the same way with everything I order .

Man we are happy to be along for the ride. We take pride in everything we send out and are super happy to be associated with others of the same ilk. Next summer Eric and I are going to do some BBQ comps and we will be ordering rub for it.

Also been considering doing briskets, butt's and ribs and selling them for holiday dinners (like we aren't both busy enough).
