Hey, ping me the morning you leave. If you make BETO junction sometime around lunch, and I can make it, I'll buy you lunch.

    Bryan,
You asked for pics of the On Point aka The Unicorn in the Wild.

You just didn't say which or what Wild. I think I interpret things differently than most people.

Got my Unicorn in the mail yesterday! I got my shaker filled and I went ahead and bagged up a couple small samples for a couple guys at work that do a lot of grilling/smoking to help spread the word. This stuff is amazing!

First round of unicorn chicken thighs are on the kettle now. I'm so hungry!

When the package arrived yesterday the first thing I did was give it a quick taste. Initial thoughts were that it was slightly less salty and had less celery powder taste than the original and I was a little bummed. However today when I gave it another quick taste before I threw some on the thighs it seemed to taste a lot more like the original. It could just be that I had too many beers last night and it was throwing me off. Either way, I am pumped that I no longer have to preserve the tiny amount from the original run and I can freely buy as much as I want.

Wow. That was one of the best meals I've had in recent memory. Unicorn thighs and corn on the cob smoked over cherry wood and (a play probably stolen from @Cold Iron ): zucchini sauteed in bacon grease from this morning. Sorry no pics. Thats how the good meals usually work out.
