    40-140* is the danger zone. I'd say bump pit temp up and let it ride. May be a bit dry but still salvageable.

    I read that as was only low pit temp for an hour. Rest of time was good.

    I have it wrapped now, I guess I didn’t set my grate alarms for high and low temp. Slept through my alarm I guess, after using the snake method multiple times I figured I slept about an hour to much and lost the heat from the snake. Now she has been back at 230 for a little bit.

    Good deal. I think you'll be fine then. That's not too worrisome. :thumbsup:

    As long as the temp wasn’t gone and there was heat in there and the meat stayed cooking you should be fine. May not come out just as you want but going up over 200 should kill off anything anyway. Maybe add some juice in the wrap to help with moisture?

    I didn’t lose all my heat, I did spritz it after I wrapped it. Just ashamed in myself as I do not want to hear my wife say “this is dry”. We did a glow run 5k last night and after working on my sons Jeep most of the day in the heat I must of been tired. Will post pics both good or bad.

    Last night one of the 3 racks of ribs I did was with Unicorn. They were darn good right then but tonight I had a couple pieces left and heated them up. I have to say they were even better today. The flavors all sort of mellowed and blended. Double win. :)

    Leftover meatloaf and mac, and fresh sauteed shrooms with a bit of onion. Sprinkled with On Point.
    :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
    While I was eating I picked up the Pitfaced business card and turned it over, I hadn't looked at the back yet. A hand written note from Bryan. That's class.

    Good stuff!

    So far, I've put at least a little handwritten note in every order I've sent out. Sometimes I have time to write more than others, but I at least want to take a little time to put in a personalized thank you.

    Mac looks awesome!
