    So we were doing kabobs tonight and had a maybe a half of chopped onion left over. Not wanting it to go to waste we made a foil pouch and added it to the grill - but just for smiles and giggles coated them with some unicorn rub. Wow, one hell of a seasoning for grilled veggies.

    I just went back to spicy for the ribs last weekend. Been awhile since I've opened it up. I started mixing the two now :D

    Wife is for sure OG Meat Massage #1. She would like a sweeter version if possible :rofl:

    I’ve thought about taking OG, Buffalo Trace and Honey and reducing it to a thick glaze consistency then using that on some ribs, chicken or pork chops.

    Yup. Major wrench in the gears. Might be two months, now, before we even touch the smoker due to Maner's work schedule and my inability to get out to the shop. :(

    We'll get it done, though ;)

    As for the rub, there are a couple of bulk ingredients that I prefer to get from a shop not too far from here so that I don't have to buy massive quantities at a time. A little more per pound, but investment in testing level quantities is smaller - I can't get in there to shop for that at the moment, either. Frustrating.

    Dude, I'm ALWAYS fair game. I enjoy ribbing other people too much to risk losing that right due to not being able to take it myself ;).
