Had a little bit of time to cook some skirt steak earlier today. Weber charcoal got a little too hot so instead of medium, it ended up medium well. Didn’t matter because the On Point rub gave it some good flavor. I’ve had some gastro stuff and I can’t really do spicy stuff, so On Point was perfect for me and my daughters (4 and 12 yr old). They killed it!! Made some great fajitas!!

I'm glad to see your rubs branched off since the original GB. I just placed an order for 1 of each rub. Thanks for the discount.

I'm down on some products, but not out. Just placed the largest (I think) single stocking order I've ever placed for a replenishment! That's a good thing!

A BUNCH of all three rubs are en route in all sizes.

Awesome! Thanks a bunch. I just saw it come across. I'll get it packed up this evening! I think I have some stuff to take care of tomorrow and can try to get your order out the door as well!

Well my first attempt at a slow smoke turned out ok. Over all it tasted good. I may have over cooked both the brisket and butt, even with that it gives me a good starting point to improve. Flavor was great but probably all thanks to the Pitfaced rub I got from @bvbull200. Really liked the spicy meat massage on the brisket, its flavor was really good. I may need to add some spice to it to give it a little more kick. After eating I'm pretty happy with how my first slow smoke turned out and am excited to do better next time!

It’s the Go To stuff for me. Even the Mrs. likes the regular which is very unusual as anything with spice content is always “push away” food.
