We've been doing a lot of prep to get our blend out to some potential production/packaging partners and haven't built up as big of an inventory as we hoped .

 

Two of these are not like the others!....Venison cubed steak 1min:13 sec to 1min:20sec on each side to my perfect medium rare. Salt and pepper on the upper leftish two and Spicy rub on the other. I'll say I like the more charred one! For me I still prefer the spicy over the normal. I got a little more heat this time but still a good 3-4 on heat. Flavor is still on par with the original rub! I need to make some more chicken just to verify its good. jking I know its good this just gives me an excuse to try it out some more

 

Love the pictures! I've never had venison in that fashion, but it sounds awesome.

 

Nothing fancy as you can tell by the paper plate...but well worth it!

 

Also not a bit dry as you can tell!

 

I was just thinking, ballsy to put something that juicy on a paper plate!

 

I consumed it before it could destroy the plate...

Glad you like them! I wasn't happy with providing folks with a non-resealable bag in the first go-around, so we tried to improve the packaging situation a little bit. Can't wait to see/hear some cooking impressions!

I'm down to about 1/3 pound in my personal stash and it's about to go on some pork belly. All I've gotten lately is the remainder after making every full pound package we can . We need to make a few batches of 25.9 lbs so I can "skim" 0.9 lbs a few times .
