24 is the way I'm leaning. My cutting board storage drawer is large enough to accommodate and I'd rather have one that's overkill than under. I've got a lot of boards already but no nice meat board. A treat yo self item if you will

I have a dedicated board just for proteins, no veggies. The meat board gets washed thoroughly with soap, the veggie board just gets rinsed. Meat board is 24. As said before, biggest you can get without a storage issue is best. Last thing you want is to fight the board when your done with your Q. Aggravating as fck. Ask me how I know :anonymous:

@bvbull200 , derp, forgot to consider the volume you need to work with. Normally you can do like 5 pounds on a big cookie sheet in 200f oven for a half hour, mixing a few times. It'll still feel wet but will dry out after sitting in air for awhile. Any clumps left can be dealt with via flour sifter. But, that's Harry Homeowner style, you need a production solution. I know they make a granulated or "brownulated" brown sugar that has already been dealt with and won't clump and doesn't affect the taste or functional outcome. Maybe look into that.

It is a patch! I'm super impressed with how they turned out. I will have them up for sale very soon. I'm going to put them on our site and create a custom shipping option for TW members so that I can give everyone here a good price, shipping included. I'll tag you when they're ready!

    Ha ha...no worries.

How are these normally shipped? Regular envelope with postage? Padded envelope as a parcel piece? I can't imagine it is flat-rate as that is kind of pricey.

I stopped by the Post Office this morning to ship a rub order and brought a patch to ask the clerk, but she was of little help. She said to stuff it in a flat-rate envelope and ship it for something like $6.50.

I have no desire to make money on the shipping, so the cheaper the option, the cheaper the end price for everyone.

    Got my koozies yesterday... awesome!

Great! Can't wait to see the koozies in the wild with a cold beer in them ;).

Your first opportunity at a cleaver is through our raffle :D. There are two up for grabs there.

I'm working out a deal with the laser etching guy and the cleaver guy. Hoping I can get our cost down a tad to lower our price to the customer. It's a SUPER hectic time for us with the fundraiser tomorrow and the competition two weeks from then. We'll get them on our site pretty soon, though!

Probably by Monday, would be my guess. It sounds like if I just call it $1 or so for shipping, that'd cover the envelope and postage to pretty much anywhere in the US.
