I saw that and really appreciate the reference! It's the tip of the iceberg, but if we can get this in to more people's hands (and bellies!), I think the sky is the limit!

There are about 20 other posts I wanted to quote, but I kept losing my place, so forgive me for everyone I left out .

I want to give you all a very, very sincere thank you for the orders, the feedback, the recommendations, and all other support. Such an incredible community here that I owe a great bit of gratitude to. TW will definitely make it in to my "what are you thankful for" response at the dinner table tomorrow .

As always, keep with the suggestions for what we can improve or add to the Pitfaced BBQ experience. Even if it is beyond my expertise or resources, I like hearing ideas. I'll figure out a solution .

 

@bvbull200 , let me know what you find out about the cart hinkiness people experienced. Sounds like a key component was in a temp bad state.

 

I'm in the office at the moment, so access to that sort of stuff is a little limited. I may remake the buy buttons and load fresh code on to the site, just in case a quirk is in there.

I'll drop a note to Shopify support, though, to see if they are aware of anything.

 

On mobile, it was like the site was being cut off.

I love this thread. It shows what a group of people from all over the country can do when they come together over a common thing. This is a great product, backed by a guy with concern for quality and customer service.

I sent some to Mexico with family, to share and spread the good word. Also, I think a few TWSS will be getting these for gifts. I see continued growth and prosperity in your future.

 

Same with me on the ipad, most of the right side of the screen couldn't be accessed.

Not an elegant solution, but does your mobile browser allow you to view in as a desktop site?

I was initially using the mobile optimization option, but it jacked the flow of the website up really badly. I removed that and it seemed to look okay, but I might have been having my mobile browser render as a desktop site.

I appreciate the feedback. I'll look further in to it.

That’s what I had.

Not sure if it will allow me to do the desktop thing. Will check and report back.

It was weird on my phone too. I didn’t have a problem ordering 3 of each shakers and a bag of each though . Can’t wait to try the spicy!

 

Ordered one shaker for a friend to try out. Everything seemed to work for me. Payment sent already!

 

I too have thought of making a bbq joint...but not enough money to get started and it would take up too much time.
