I don't need the dollar back...I'll happily pay that to get to not have to wait on the next batch like some of these other slowpokes.

I got you down! I'm curious to hear what you think about the spice level. I think it'll be just fine, especially on longer cooks.

    Thanks for trying it out!

Too poor to list anything interesting.
We've gone from rubbing to jerking.

I can't say I've ever used it for that, mainly because I've not spent much time making jerky. It'd be like some of the slightly sweeter beef jerky variants, I'd imagine. I would guess it'd work out nicely, but I am speculating a bit.

I will have to put a little to the side and make some jerky and report back.. I like to rub and jerk at the same time.

Yes! I'm a big spicy food fan. I don't like mega heat on my BBQ, but for other foods, particularly Asian, I always ask what the spice scale goes up to, then ask them to make it one number higher.

In all seriousness, I'm excited to try this out on some meat before my Moab trip in July. :woot:

Ive asked for hot and Ive yet to be even remotely over spiced. I went to a Mexican place in Rapid city SD, I asked for some HOT HOT sauce...I hear them in the back saying this will get him good. I ate the whole little serving bowl with the appetizer chips...everyone looked at me like WTH--he didnt even break a sweat!!....

only place Ive been really burned was at a gun show, with one big scoop of the hottest hot sauce the guy had...Now that was seriously too spicy for me.
