    The Pirates are playing the Brewers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday if you're into baseball.

    Younger/more rowdy bars are on E. Carson St. in the South Side (always a good time). There are some trendy restaurants and bars on Butler St. in Lawrenceville. The more adult "young professional" bars/restaurants are on Walnut in Shady Side. There are also a lot of trendy restaurants and bars downtown in the Cultural District that runs from Penn Ave and 6th to Penn Ave and 10th.

    If you're bored during the day, you can check out the view from Mt. Washington. There are some cool shops and street vendors in the Strip District (where the original Primanti's is located). Point State Park is kind of cool if the fountain is on and people are hanging out. Not sure how warm it will be in April though.

    If you're driving or taking a cab from the airport into the city (parkway west/I-376) make sure you're paying attention as you come out of the Fort Pitt Tunnel. It's a pretty cool sight if you're seeing it for the first time.
