    Hey folks,
I will need new tires for my SR AC soonish. Going to get every mile I can out of the stock tires. That being said, I am looking at going the skinny route. I would like to widen out the stance a bit at the same time.

I am looking at 235/85 16 KO2's. I know it's weird, but I actually don't mind the look of my stock steels... though I am not apposed to changing them either... but I am not wanting to spend a ton on wheels. I just wish they were more flush mounted. I do not drive off road very much at all, but will start doing it more when I get the tires.

Are spacers safe if you are mostly freeway driving around 65-70 mph 90% of the time? If not, will a +10 to 0mm offset bring them more or less flush with the finders?

The thickness of the wheel spacer needs to be factored. Example : 1” vs 3”. However a 1” spacer in nominal everyday use will be fine.

+10, will bring wheel out 3/4" 0 an 1" either one will be dam close to flush. Don't know of anyone ever running spacers with steel wheels, so can't help you on that.
