Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Without a doubt, they are heavy. Being a C rated sidewall, they absorb pavement imperfections better. I've really noticed the reduced rolling resistance compared to the Generals, which were E rated. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. I also don't doubt they will be great in snow.

Not sure most of this is applicable to the OP's post as the vast majority of skinny 33's on 16's are E-Range or C-Range (and absurdly heavy...aka ATW4's).

This is why when I go skinny 33's I will be going back to 17's

I went with the falken wild peak mt’s, they’ve been pretty good so far.

Will a 255/80/R17 fit on a 2023 TRD Off Road with the 2” TRD lift with the 17” TRD Sema wheels without and cutting or modifying?

:anonymous: Welcome. I know you are asking of the 17" version....17s actually run smaller than 16s with regard to the tire sizes in question here.

I know AT4W’s are really the only option in 16’s but any reason you prefer the E’s over C’s?

I prefer the E For off-roading since I’m out a lot. I like to know I have a solid tire rolling over Sharp rocks etc.

I see none on discount tire. Where are you fixing these non-E rated 255/80-17s?

    I see the E rated 255/80-17 and the C rated 255/85-16. I don’t see an SL rated 255/80-17

    Oops, you're right. That's a 255/70 in SL.
