Plasti dip on front badge.

Well today I finally began the plasti dip mods. It turns out well, and I will complete my other badges tomorrow.

 

I want the silver on the grill black as well. Not sure what I should do with it. Could I plasti pid the grill and bumper too?

FYI... If you screw up... Goo Gone is your friend. My 09 had the front grille plasti dipped.. Sprayed it on.. Waited a few seconds.. Wiped it right off. Turns it into a sludge. We tried the WD-40 method.. That didn't work well at all. We got this at the local hardware store. Good luck with the Plasti..

 

Did you get your grill painted? How much did that run you? I want my Off road blacked out eventually

Just did my grille and front badge.

 

My rear bumper has been plastidipped for over a year. When it gets scratched up just clean it and spray more. Works for me

Thanks man. Yea I like it. This was phase 1 of blacking my truck out. Next is tint and wheels. Then 4 inch maxtrac and tires.
