2010 4wd Sport. Took off the plastic bumper for another project and noticed that the brace between the fog light and bottom of the bumper had separated. Never done any plastic 'welding'. Interested in thoughts as to the best repair options are. Thanks. 20200410_190951.jpg

Nice. Looks like we've narrowed down the manufacture. Any thoughts of JB Weld PlasticWeld vs. JB Weld Plastic Bonder?

I don't have hands on experience with any of the products listed on previous posts.

I do have experience with 3M 8115. My thought is this. Any of them will work. Every one listed here has someone who will vouch for it.

Clean the surface you want to repair, do this before you do anything else. I personally would use glass cleaner for the worst of it, then alcohol to final clean.

Rough the mating surfaces, no less than 150 grit. You want to give the smooth plastic some 'tooth' to help the adhesive lock the two pieces together.

Let cure! Make sure your temperature and humidity coincide with the instructions so that the product will fully set up.
