Vehicle:

22 SR5 V6 Taco, 03 SR5 V6 4runner

I've seen steel bumpers on trucks, law enforcement ( heavy SUVs ) and so on.

So are they really useful low-mild impact accidents? ( Taco is too slow anyway for any highspeed crash xD )

I am planning to get one, mostly for protection. Any of you have had any accidents with it and it helped? or it did damage to frame?
