    Bare plastic look was actually kind of the idea. I always liked the way the base 5 lugger plastic grills looked, so this was to make it look like those. Color matched are ok, but to me they kind of blend in to much and make the grill look a bit odd. To each his own, though.

    As long as nothing is rubbing against it. Plasti-Dip is pretty durable.

    I did the grill on my 06 taco with two heavy coats. I learned how tough it really was when I went to remove it. I was surprised how hard I had to dig to tear through it so I could start peeling it off.

    I bought a can of PlsatiDip to do this, but have considered getting a can of bed liner and using that for the grill instead. Saw someone else had done that and it looked sweet.
