    That helps a lot and sorry but I think I'm going to copy that top end look lol I'll do more playing to the sides , but are you sure that's 2x2 ? I was just looking and the 1 1/2 To me that's what it looks like you have on your truck, so maybe 2x2 is the way to go if your sure that's what it is ?!

    2x2 yes. if you look at the cbi diy bumper it has a 2" flat around the edge too which gave me the idea.

    Ah, that sucks. You gonna just straighten it out right? Doesn't look bent enough to cause structural integrity issues when you bend it back.

    Nah I just threw it at the floor and it straightened itself out it's just the fact it broke my second drill and I still need to cut more I think, I'll wait till I can moc it up to destroy more shit, I'm welding this onto my frame and boxing it around the rails, this is going to be the strongest part of the truck, it'll rip the frame out from under the cab before it crunches..... hopefully

    I'd wait, take measurements so you make the right cuts.

    To late, I couldent wait, I cut two 45 degree 19 inches long and one 60 inch with 2 45 degrees, this should hopefully give me room to cut down If needed, but who knows, im just wondering if 45 degrees would even work to hold the bumper in the right spot

    IMG_0967.jpg Started welding, will see if it fits at home and if 45 degree angles are to much for the plate to the new bumper bar IMG_0968.jpg

    @devinzz1

    I think I'm ending up almost copying your bumper to the tee.... sorry haha but you have built a great simple bumper, I'm trying to think of how to make a ice chest type deal where you left room for a winch

    Hahaha oh yeah I got time to do it, but I don't want to take my eyes off any of these guys if I run outside I can almost hear the machines turn off to check there phones, maybe I'm crazy, but i don't mind not being able to go measure to know it's not happening

    Whent home and nothing really lined up correctly as would be expected from not running out to take measurements and fitment, so I made a new one with longer sides and shorter mounting points

    Going to see how it works right now,
