Yeah the price tag hurts for sure. It’s definitely nice to have all that extra space though

one thing too, if you are doing a full seat delete, be sure to do sound deadening as well.. the seats kill a lot of noise that you immediately notice after removing them.

Up next: roof/bed rack + dry storage, skids, bumpers, fiberglass, power wire upgrade + frame grounds, LTO battery swap, air compressor, on board pressurized water, powered cooler, suspension seats, frame reinforcement, solid motor/trans mounts.
Several layers of sound deadening and expanding foam in the empty c pillars and empty cavity where the rear seats latch to make a big difference when removing the rear seats.

Maybe make closed cell foam sound deadening on the back side of the panels an option?

Sub’d for a set with the full seats removed, as others here seem to be more interested in too. I already have my seats out and looked at the Goose Gear set but FUCK $1000 for plywood...

I’m 100% down to order if you come out with a set with both seats removed (3rd Gen DCSB)

looks like a great design but hook those of us who hate the back seats lol...

Op, any plans on making a 40% version?.. And maybe options for us that want to remove the seat instead of folding down. Putting my fridge on the back seat and your product is very close to what I'm going for. Nice work and good luck.

    Never enough
As long as you can get both seats back all the way it makes sense for the platform floor to be as large as possible I'd think. Utilize as much free flat space as you can. You done designing this stuff yet? You got customers waiting! Lol

There are way more "Seat Delete" people than I thought there were. Looking into this option much more seriously now. Thanks for all the input guys, I really appreciate it!

I did not make a 40% version because I assumed people would want the largest amount of surface area possible for gear/dogs/etc. and the 40% would be a very small useable space. However, if there is enough interest, I can definitely bring that option to the table or even do a small "group buy" of sorts.

I'm willing to be a paying guinea pig. 40% is perfect for my fridge and leaves the 60 for the car seat/ fat friends/ gear what have you. Seems like the back would need to be a bit taller for seat delete options if you decide to offer that.. Subd' for sure

I’d be interested in a 40% as it fits my fridge and my daughter and dog can share the rear seat.

Really nice job with this. It’s a great idea, again I’ll be waiting for the no seats version but this is super clever. Good for you. Hope you make a million bucks man. Looks like an excellent product.

Thank you for the kind words! I really underestimated how many people permanently removed their backseats haha. Like I said, I'm looking into making this an option.

I had a question pop up based on my video yesterday that I wanted to address. In the video, you can see I have removed the plastic storage cubby/bins from behind my rear seats. The platforms will fit whether or not these are in your truck, the plastic bins play no role in fitment. I have tested the platforms in both 2nd and 3rd gen double cabs with factory cubbies still intact as well as removed and in all conditions, the platform fit the same.

This looks like a great product! I have one question. Would you estimate the weight limit on the “seat” part? Ill be working up near Dallas soon and would really like to just pick one up.

The "seat" portion sits directly on top of the rear folded seats, see picture attached for reference. You can see a little in the bottom right corner. I will take a better picture of this tomorrow. Since the platform sits flush on the folded seat, the platform isn't actually under a load or subject to failure through the intended use. So, I havent tested to failure but have put lots of luggage/gear/etc. that weighed in excess of 300 lbs and there were no signs of stress at all. The material itself is also very durable. I honestly dont know what would fail if it were "maxed" out since the seat underneath supports the platform in a flat position and ultimately is what bears the weight. Good question, and I hope I was able to answer it well enough.
