if so, thats AMAAAAZZING mileage. . but I agree with the fact that the play is normal, and the sound doesnt seem to bad. It doesnt sound that way when you have the E-Locker OFF right? Just when the diff is locked? If so, I'd say thats pretty normal too, I've had a couple 4x4s, and all have made a whining noise when locked up, or when the transfer case in in 4wd. Its just more parts moving. . Its hard to tell from the video out the sliding back window. I'd hit up your friends at the dealership and see if they feel the sound is out of the ordinary. With such low miles I wouldnt worry about it unless it gets worse, or you have reason to be concerned. (you went off road where water or dirt likely entered the diff, or you know you ran the zerk fittings dry for a long time...)

I know the 4wd noise. haha. My dad's Sierra makes it.

After some responses here and there, I am convinced that the play is mostly normal, someone (who seems pretty credible) said the e-lockers have a lot of play in them. I'm not sure how much play the ring gear and pinion should have though...

It makes that noise all the time, and it sounds worse in person than on that video. I haven't had Brant listen to it in person, but he listened to the vid and thinks it is my pinion bearing.
