Hello all, this is my first post and I thought I'd introduce myself as well ask some advice.
The first vehicle I purchased was a loaded 92 SR5. I loved that vehicle but my work caused me to eventually outgrow it's capabilities so I moved on to full size and switched to GM.
About 8 months ago I got a new job and decided to purchase a Tacoma to help ease the long commute and because I love the trucks.
I ended up purchasing what appeared to me a solid 2009 Tacoma axcess cab. The truck had 80,000 miles, clean interior and clean body.
I love the truck but I have have never been able to stick with stock.
The vehicle already had aftermarket 16's with 245 75s.
Shortly after purchase I installed a daystar leveling kit that I couldn't pass up new for $35. I had a franchise shop align the vehicle after and they told me that the drivers side front lca bushing and cam bolt was seized but the alignment was within spec.
I recently turned 100,000 on the odometer and desperately in need of new tires I found a deal on craigslist....20's with Pirelli 275 55 20s for $225.
I grabbed them and sold mine the next day for $150.
    I thought I did great......
I'm fairly mechanical and I thought I could get the alignment close till I could get it aligned professionally this coming weekend.
I've had the front end apart for two days now drenching the cam bolts with pb blaster, liquid wrench and whatever else I have been able to find on the shelf.
At this point I have all the bushings moving freely except the front drivers side.
I'm starting to feel defeated and would like some suggestions.
Do I get a new bushing only and try to cut out the old one? I have a 6 ton press but not doing this job before I am wondering if I should just replace the whole lca?
    Currently the camber is +1
and my biggest fear is even if the bushing is replaced have I altered the truck to much to get a close alignment without new uca's?
I don't have a ton of money right now but need a solution and would appreciate some advice.
