    You should re-home.

    You should also fix the other dog before you find yourself in legal trouble later. The problem isn’t a second dog, it’s that you have one dog that has major aggression issues.

    Don’t ignore that fact by focusing on a band aid (removing the second dog). The problem s far more significant.
