Hello, today my truck started shuddering/studdering? while I was on my way home from work. It starts at around 45mph and keeps it up if I try to accelerate at all. No CEL. Overall it idles fine and runs good until I get near 45... I'd really appreciate any suggestions you guys might have.

Truck is an 03 Tacoma 3.4 with 77,000.

    Thanks

Check for dirt/mud/debris buildup in your wheels (inside) I've had it happen to me after some super gnar-core off roading. Freaked me out man; turns out it was just some stank ass mud build up that was severely throwing my wheels out of balance. Also, you might just need a balance and/or rotation. When was the last time you had an alignment?

Another thing to check is your CV boot/axle assembly. If your boots are torn and flingin' grease, it means no lube. No lube causes gnarski binding and subsequent shudders. Good luck!
