I accident pulled to hard on my phone and the cord ripped out the charging connection piece.

Is there anyone here that works, or knows someone who works at an apple store in the Orange County area that can help me get it covered under warranty?

Any help would be so much appreciated as I can't even charge my phone now :(

    I'm assuming its an iphone?

Did you call your local AT&T representative to ask about a warrantee?

But then again, they might not cover it....considering it's an 'operator defect' and not a manufacturer defect.

It is an iphone. And there is a 1 year warranty, so mine is up in August since I bought last August.

I understand it shouldn't be covered, that's not what I'm asking.

I'm asking if anyone here has a hook up at an apple store so I can have it covered under warrenty.

if you were smart, you would just call and say that it stopped charging and you have no idea why. then they would have you send it to them and replace the phone. but i guess you didnt think of that..

*my friend did that same thing.
    they replaced his phone.
