Cool thanks. The only thing that worries me about 1pc driveline is statin on the transfer case and voided warranty if anything happens to tranny or related parts. It would be easy for Toyota to blame the driveshaft...lol

They can just as easily blame a failure on your shims, spacers, springs, tires..........just a thought ;)

How much do you think the 1pc driveshaft weighs?

Lol youve been voided since lifting and bigger tires my friend. They will say the tires are to heavy and put stress on all sorts of parts and they will blame the lift for numerous things even this vibration. :(

That’s why I don’t fuck with any driveline, drivetrain, lift, tires, electrical until 36k and 60k warranties respectively.

Not true, check Moss Magnuson act. I have spoken directly with Toyota about this and changing from a stock driveline is looked at way differently than a lift. However, anybody can say anything, but they would have to prove that my lift caused the Case to damage, whereas there is proof that a driveline can if it weighs too much without support (2pc)

Yeah i know all about that ACT. What im saying is if you had an issue such as this vibration i can almost guarantee they will blame the lift. Ie the lift changed angles of the drive shaft causing vibration.
Edit- if this one piece drive shaft weighs even 1lb more or less then OEM they sill say the weight caused the issue. What im saying is its extremely easy from a legal stand point for them to deny you. Just be careful is all.

To be fair, the medium OME lift with full-dakars is pretty nice. I can carry 1000lbs with 3/4" of sag. You won't be doing that with stock suspension. And it rides really smooth over bumpy dirt mountain trails

Agree. I hauled a 1250lb farm implement in the bed a few weeks ago and that just about leveled it out...

    Also, quick question.

If you accelerate and the rear diff angles upward decreasing the angle at the rear pinion...won't this technically do the same to the joint right behind the carrier bearing. if rear wraps up, middle gets closer to straight?

Yes; not near as much as the pinion angle though. It's not rigid; there's a slip joint.
