    ok i have a huge problem... i hit the ole horn a little too hard i guess and now the horn continues to blow... im assuming the switch is broken... how do i get in there to see the damage???

    thanks all in advance for any help

    sorry well I would pull the fuse if you have not already done that. Then take the cover off the stearing wheel and see what kinda damage ya did.

    Why is this in the lighting part of the forum?

    3 inch lift, painted badges, k&n cold air, cherry bomb, tinted windows, yellow fogs, and more to come
    you probably broke the spring behind the airbag cover.... lol did it once got alittle mad and kinda smacked the horn really hard lol but ne ways all i have to say is best of luck to you trying to get that cover off of the air bag is a pain

    LS 6k projectors w/ white halos, 6k fogs, T-Rex Angry Lids, NST SSK, Coupe Shift Knob, BHLM, LFM, DLM, FLM, JL 500/1 amp, JL 10"w6v2, subX wanna be made by me, Magnaflow muffler, 5% tint, k&n drop in filter, Craven Speed Stubby, map light mod
    Look on both sides of the steering wheel behind the radio controls and the dummy control (or whatever is suppose to go there). There us a plastic pics on each side that you pop off and use either a torx bit or allen wrench (i forget which one) to take the screws out....should be one on each side. Then the airbag comes straight out.

    MAKE SURE TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND WAIT A FEW MINUTES so the airbag doesn't deploy unexpectedly.
