PLEASE HELP, OFFSET QUESTION

3" lift, aftermarket wheels, aftermarket grill, DERPED hood scoop insert and grill housing, 50" light bar on top of the cab.

I know there billions of threads about this and it's an ongoing thing. I'm still so confused on it. I have a 3" lift on my 2nd gen and a buddy is selling fuel octane 17x8.5 rims, the offset is -5.3mm. How do I figure out backspacing? Or is anyone else running a wheel with similar offset that can post pictures?? Or at least tell me if it's going to fit, or what it would take to fit???
