Hello - I'm not exactly at the top of the mechanically inclined list, but I'm not a complete idiot, so I thought this install would be a no-brainer. Everything actually went together pretty easily, but upon completion and closing of tailgate I noticed I have a huge gap between the top of the tailgate and the tonneau. I know I have seen something about correcting this problem in one of the forums but I can't locate it now. Any help is much appreciated; I really don't want to take it to a professional installer.
    Thanks so much,
    Frank

By the way, my truck is a '15 DCSB. I did notice the tailgate sits lower than the bedrails, so maybe there is no way of correcting this, but just having that little rubber flap/ seal closing the gap I'm speaking of seems kind of hokey, and it certainly does not form a very tight seal at all.

Exactly! I had one on my Tundra and it was perfect, so I thought it would fit the Tacoma the same. I got a great deal on it but I don't even care at this point.
