Just read through this thread and first of all wow I'm so sorry that you and your family had to go through this. Second, God has certainly played a very huge part in this one and obviously still had other plans for her on this earth. I will continue to pray that she makes a speedy full recovery! God bless you and your family!

Tell her we all said hi! lol

I tell you, accident scenes are NOT pretty. This evening, on the way home from my brothers in Atlanta, me and my dad had literally just taken the exit to head home when a Honda blasted through a stop sign and nailed the left front of a PT Cruiser. Air bags blown on both vehicles. I pulled over and ran up to help, found one woman laying on the ground near the PT Cruiser, and the Honda had 4 women and a young child in it. The driver of the Honda was pinned behind the steering wheel, and the others were complaining about head and back. The paramedics arrived FAST but no police, so me and my dad teamed up and started directing traffic to clear the roads. 40 minutes later the police arrived (This is in a VERY far out, rural area) and get this, they told us to keep directing traffic! lol. 2 and a half hours later the police finally had enough officers available that they said we could go. Now here is the shitty part: I walked back to the RAV4 that we were getting back from my brother, and the engine was not running. I remembered leaving it running when I got out. I look inside, and the temp gauge is pegged! Looks like blown head gasket, so we had to leave it on the side of the road until tomorrow. Where of where is my good karma? lmao. Such crap luck! But fortunately the 4 that were taken away by ambulance were not in critical. The cars were in really bad shape. Nothing is as scary as seeing the aftermath of a wreck!

Kudos to you bamatoy. You're a man of character and selflessness as well as a positive influence. It shows a lot that you didn't throw a fit about helping someone and in turn having your car break down.
