Very glad to hear that. Been following this one since you first posted it, hopefully things continue to go well. I'm not a religious man but I wish all the best to you and yours. We have our second on the way, due in August and this situation and those like it keep on nagging that part in the back of your mind that always worries. Just a reminder to be thankful always.

I hear ya on those nagging thoughts! Reason being my Daughters first born had issues and seemingly miraculously went away. Then about a year later she was blessed again with another pregnancy! Those nagging thoughts were there but I thought all would be well and lightning wouldn’t strike twice. On the gender reveal we were overwhelmingly happy to hear it was a baby girl. I wanted this mostly because of my Daughters relationship with her Mother. I wanted her to have what she has with her Mom plus one! Anyway at gender reveal is when it all fell apart.. I was clueless but wife heard something in technicians voice and from there we had a problem. Grateful that we found out then and there and it has been a rough road of emotions. Grateful because WE began to Pray and asked those close and unknown to Pray also. I firmly believe that this has made the greatest difference in her little life and ours. I appreciate all the Prayers and genuine concerns She and We have received and thank all of you dearly. God is real though invisible but yet His power is very evident. My Daughter is an awesome Mother and witness to the Miracles that have blessed Our families lives. May God’s blessing be with you all, our Church, family, friends and strangers! In my opinion you are all family... united in LOVE and LOVE is from GOD! Which is what He as our Heavenly Father has always been about since the beginning! Thank you for your continued Prayers!

Latest thing going on with Parker is she is doing good one day and not so good the next taking in her formula. My daughter is going back to KC tomorrow to spend more time at hospital. They had my grandson up there and had to spend some time with him understandably. They brought Maverick home because he has been a two year old handful. It was good that he was up there and now has a clean bill of health from tests and surgeries. My daughter will stay up there 4 days and then switch out with my son-in-law for his turn. Daughter hopes that she can spend enough time feeding granddaughter that maybe her formula intake will increase. Sadly nurses just don’t have that kind of time to dedicate to each baby. They give her a chance then move on to next one. Lots of kids needing prayers too in the NICU. Thanks, for your Prayers but not much has been going on lately. God works in mysterious ways Parker has been in hospital long enough to be considered a resident of Hospital. That will help their family insurance wise... some how!!!

Oh on an unrelated Parker subject... I had been on lay-off since June 2020. I truly enjoyed my time off and did tons of affordable projects around house. Checked my to do list off one by one. Was about to lose unemployment benefits and good Lord intervened with a job. Oddly enough if this isn’t a God thing then I don’t know what is... we all talked at this place and there is some really good believers there. I haven’t started yet but truly believe that trusting in God has opened up a door for me. I’ll learn lots of new things and hopefully be the most useful person there because I aim to be the best employee I can be. Please pray for those out there needing to find good work and me too! I’ll hopefully now be able to help out my kids and others financially that are struggling. Thanks, and God Bless you!

Adding all this to our list. Believing that his timing is always the right time. Will ask for the peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind so that you will know you are absolutely where you are supposed to be. Rejoicing with you in the promise of HIS provision.

Good news everybody! Little Parker has ate much better this week... I guess the doctors predicted at 42 weeks her appetite would increase and it did exponentially. She is now a ravenous feeding tube free little angel. Daughter said she should be home by the end of the week. My job is going well and I’ve been climbing, crawling around and feeling it big time! Enjoy the job and the people. Praying to keep this one for quite awhile. I’ve got some catching up to do.

God is Great. He dragged me out of a hurricane of my own making. He isn't going to watch me drown in a mud puddle. Its the exact same for you guys. We have already seen a miracle. This is amazing!

You know my whole church asks about your Granddaughter. Its just a little church but God is Great big.

We appreciate the miracle but the ups and downs are getting to Us. I was too busy to report the good news this morning. Then got home made joyful report and wife got a message otherwise. I still have faith and rely fully on God. Just wish they could come home and we could put this behind us.

Ugh, it’s getting worse! Poor Daughter is by herself in KC and she found out today that there is a cyst inside of Parker’s brain that is getting larger. Her little head is increasing in size and the pieces of the skull are not overlapping. My wife showed me a video yesterday that daughter sent and I could tell something seemed wrong with her. She just looked to be in distress and having issues. Sadly shunt may not be working and cyst is another problem all together. Not sure how this is gonna turn out. Was very hopeful the other day but very sad since then. Prayer is Our best and only option.. please ask whom you can to Pray for Parker. I believe God listens to all Prayers but even more so to those that are for people you don’t personally know but show love for. One day you all will see her in Heaven made whole. With Prayers lifted hopefully we can see that happen sooner, here and now. Thanks in advance for Prayers and help for Parker!

Lord we believe...help our unbelief. For you have told us that without faith it is impossible to please you...but by faith all things are possible. Your word reminds us that faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. So we stand united by faith. Not having faith in faith, but faith in the character and the nature and the power of Christ Jesus, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Believing that if two or more gathered together in your name that there you are in their midst. We ask that you would reveal yourself in this situation. And that your hand would be on Parker in these moments of need.

Daughter called and surgery is finished and it went well. Drained the cyst and replaced the catheter on the shunt. They should be a able to see her within an hour. Praying this shunt will be a lasting one! Thanks for YOUR Prayers!
