Sorry to hear. Lord please be with this family and sustain them through this illness. I pray for your resurrection power to quicken their physical bodies. Be especially with those who are most vulnerable and especially Parker. We will trust you with our whole heart as we wait for you to heal. Amen

Lord you created us and intimately know us… Your Word assures us:

19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

We come together now in agreement and ask for healing, for all those with Covid especially young Parker. We believe this is already done, as we pray in Your precious name Jesus. We give You all the glory and honor. Amen.

I stayed with my Mom last night and she is a little better. Far better than yesterday but not good enough for living alone. Daughter stayed up to watch Parker closely and looks pretty run down my wife says. I was better yesterday but today I’m a little worse but just with coughing other than that I’m good. Parker didn’t wanna eat for Mom still but Grandma went up and is having some luck getting her some nourishment. Hopefully Parker will perk up but I think it’s gonna be rough for her until she gets a little older. Because of her heads shape she sleeps on back, tucked in so she doesn’t move. That doesn’t work well if she gets sick. I wish her helmet that she wore forever had helped the back of her head. It is shaped like a point which I don’t understand being that she sleeps face up. You’d think there would be a flat spot. Please keep Praying and your Prayerful comments are wonderful. You all will need to bulk up before you get to Heaven… your Crown rewards will be heavy and beautiful!

They just took Parker to emergency room! She’s throwing up and hasn’t been feeling well at all. Please Pray for her and her parents. Thanks!

Best wishes and hopes for all of you. Could you lay a 1” foam pad on her mattress with a cut out for the helmet? I don’t think she should be kept fixed on her back though, she might aspirate her spitum.

The helmet no longer helps Parker because he skull is now set. On her back seems to be the only position she can comfortably sleep in. She basically is laying in a pocket. I think they should until she’s a few years older have her sleep in car seat (or similar way) in a more upright position. I’ve suggested that but maybe there is a reason why it can’t be done. Not sure but hopefully after all this some problems can be solved. I believe the word is aspiration but yup that’s the big concern when she sleeps. Currently we are all sick or self quarantined. When it rains it pours but hopefully The Son will shine into all of our lives!

    No new news about Parker

    Latest from Daughter…
We are still waiting to be admitted. She slept all night. Nose swab was normal, blood work normal…
Glucose level was low. Likely because of vomit and not eating. Belly ultrasound normal… we haven’t been able to catch urine yet. They tried a catheter and it wouldn’t work so they put this little bag that sticks on like a sticker but when they checked last the pee was in the diaper not the bag so idk

Likely just a virus. They are going to hopefully get us in a room and monitor her and continue fluids

No such thing as hijacking your own thread. Grief needs company and though in hindsight one could almost always think of something more they could do all you can realistically hope for is to try and do better. Life is learning and growing. It’s how an apprentice becomes a journeyman, but it isn’t nearly as straightforward, doesn’t happen without errors and can’t happen without honesty. I wish I were half as good a person as I am a carpenter but some of us are just cross grained.

Parker is doing good Praise Jesus! We didn’t get to be there when she did this but she was actively trying to give Mommy, Daddy and Brother kisses yesterday. That is the first time she has done that and we hope there will be many more positive events in her future. For instance crawling, walking, talking and conversations.

I would like to request Prayers for our Pastor “John”… He went in for a heart issue and they were going to put in a stint. Well they found out that he needs open heart surgery instead. Good guy and that’s the words no man or woman wants to hear. Other than for us guys…. drop your pants and bend over we need to check your prostate. Ugh… no thanks!

Johns surgery will be this coming Monday… I’d have pushed for after the Holiday but I guess he couldn’t or shouldn’t partake of goodies. So Monday is best I guess….
