    Hey Guys:

The trouble code PO 333 has shown up on the dash indicating a high reading from the knock sensor at Bank 2. From what I've found in the archives here the trouble is probably from a mouse .chewed wire at the knock sensor and not due to a faulty knock sensor itself. This is highly likely since we have a real mouse problem in the barn where the truck stays. In any event, I'm trying to find the wire to the driver's side knock sensor. I've removed the plennum and still cannot see the wires. The next step is to remove the intake manifold. I can do that BUT of the 8 or so bolts holding it on 4 of them have a post in the center of the star drive that makes it impossible to use an ordinary star drive tool. What gives? It would seem as tho Toyota doesn't want me in there OR they are wanting me to buy another spacial tool. Here are my questions: Is the sensor wire under the intake? Why are the 4 odd bolts there?

    THANK YOU

We have squirrels here in Idaho and everyone thinks there so cute, little do they know they reek havoc on vehicles. Ive seen the rubber part of brake lines chewed thru, tell me how cute they are now.

They want you to be dependent on the dealership...

I think squirrels are a problem everywhere...People think they are cute but they are destructive little POS...only worthy of being shot and killed to make squirrel dumplings.

Off topic, I know, but if you put a small bowl of water out for the squirrels they will not go after the tomatoes. We had the same issue and this resolved it. Okay, back on topic . . .

What part of Idaho are you in? I hunt out near Dworshack reservoir. Nothing like sitting there being as quiet as you can and having one of those little shits dropping pine cones sounding like a deer coming through but it never comes

Sorry again, brain full of useless info . . . lead has a sweet taste, which is why little kids ate paint chips back in the day and also why lead shavings were used as a sweetener on food in ancient times.
