I must have missed where he said he lifted the back. Lifting the front only won't change the driveline angle in the rear.

Yeah I think he did a block lift all around... I doubt anyone would lift just the front 3" .... although there's always the Bro factor to add in.

The 4x4 shop agreed to drop the truck 1" all around if I wanted. I will be installing the ECBS Bearing either way and the carrier spacer.
Opinions...... would you drop the truck an inch or leave it. after reading more I will be working toward replacing components of the lift with a better way. 5100 or something. but no money to throw at it now. especially if I just nuked 500 for nothing. + cost of removal.

this is scheduled for Tuesday. please chime in with opinions .......other than the one that i'm a dumbass for using a block lift...lol

You're not a dumbass, just uniformed. A lot of us did spacers at first and realized our mistake. If I were you I'd do one of 3 things 1)leave the lift the way it is (going down an inch isn't gonna change much and install the bearing and carrier spacer then upgrade your suspension later 2)pull the lift spacer/block lift, sell it, and then wait for your upgraded lift. 3) Buy the upgraded lift and have the shop swap it for you at no cost (will take some negotiating, mention positive reviews, etc.)

I had terrible vibration in the front, Installed the ECGS Bushing and perfect again. Like new, Toyota's should all come with this instead of a bearing. There is no need for a needle roller bearing in that area.

Looks nice. So, did you leave the 3/1 and just install ECGS bushing?

@KilllerskunK Curious how long it took the shop to install. Did you just go to a body shop or back to the place that installed your lift?
