For those that have the breakout and want the connectors to pre-wire like the OP www.cycleterminal.com is a resource for the terminals and connectors.

Yeah they're a good resource. So if you have a CH4x4 switch and want to make jumpers you're looking for JAE IL-AG5 series:

That's not a bad price, when I was installing my breakout harness and new wiring a few months ago everyone was backordered on the 5 pin connector. Found these on sale at Rago: Decided it was easier, I would have a few spare switches lying around for largely the same price and much quicker shipping.

Alright all harnesses have been bench tested and packaged up. Domestic folks should have received tracking #'s in their inboxes. International friends will get tracking tomorrow -- I ran out of customs forms.

More materials are on the way!

I had a chance to test the current iteration of the harness on a couple different trucks now (with and without the OEM bed switch) and I'm very happy with it. The components used are from a domestic source and are much easier for me to obtain. I am going to keep ordering open -- if you'd like a harness just PM me and I will send you my ordering info. Right now we are about a week out which will be about the "max" wait time going forward. Thanks again to everyone for your interest!

Any developments on other potential harnesses? Specifically something to pull from the Qi switch in the lower dash or somewhere in the overhead console?

My plan was to put new switches in the driver cubby, however I can't guarantee if/when I can get a mount. I have three open slots in the lower dash that I could use for now.

Yeah I can make one for overhead and the lower dash. Overhead we tap the R44 connector:

Below the head unit you have a couple different options. One option is to tap the ECT PWR button if you have an automatic transmission:

    IMG_3101.HEIC.jpg

Another option below the dash is to tap the climate control connector if you have an MT, but the pinout changes depending on if you have dual-zone/automatic climate control:

If you have other ideas I'm getting pretty good at tracking down compatible parts. I've made a whole bunch of random stuff for people the past couple of months.

I don't know, I defer to the experts. I haven't even had the opportunity to look and see behind there at all. I just know I don't want to create a rat's nest of wiring, and I'd like everything to be as neat, tidy, and short as practical.

I have a manual, regular HVAC.

The climate control connector would be the cleanest. I built one for @daveeasa in the same configuration and a few others. I've got one on my truck to trigger the hazard lights on lock/unlock:

Just shoot me a PM with whatever you're after.

If your taking orders for this I would like one for the cab light and one for overhead. But I need to confirm the overhead works with manual transmission as the overhead console is different and there is no crawl control or anything

Updated first page to more accurately reflect what I sell (it's ever expanding).

Speaking of which, I am trying to gauge interest in jumpers for the AOB / CH4x4 switches. This would allow a person to daisy-chain multiple switches together off a single illumination source (e.g. one of the illumination harnesses on the first page).

I'm throwing around a couple of ideas. The first one would be made-to-order and you would specify the number of switches you have. This would be the "cleanest" way of doing it and lightest weight. The issue is that it's not expandable and it would take me the longest. Once you specify the number of switches... you're married to it. Here's an example (5 switches + a 2-position connector that can connect directly to one of the illumination harnesses if you order jumpers with a harness):

    3E4B3BDC-D21B-4B3A-86AC-32309E0D9208.jpg

I would populate the other two pins on each connector with a 5" length of wire so you have your input/output wires just like from the factory, obviously.

The other option I haven't fully thought through... but I just ordered some male connectors to see if I can't make something infinitely expandable. For now just let me know if you're interested by posting or via PM. I can toss my ideas at you. I could just crimp some spades onto the ends... but that's cheap and I've been asked by a bunch of people for something else.

Count me in for any option you offer, I dig PnP wiring for super clean installs. Would prefer a custom offering with expandability, but understand the time/effort/parts/etc. that would go into it, potentially not making it an easy solution to provide.

One request to consider, add the extra 2 pins and the other side of the molex connector so we can add it to the illumination harness that we already purchased from you.

    Thanks @kmorgan3 !

Yeah the plan is to include a molex on the end of harnesses in the future when people buy the expandable option. The molex just adds cost, but it's definitely the cleanest solution.

I think I figured out an infinitely-expandable solution for the CH4x4 switches that I can sell a-la-carte. Even people that don't have one of my harnesses could use it to daisy-chain the illumination of multiple switches. I've got a whole bunch of parts coming next week and will post my idea.
