Thinking of purchasing a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, not sure if TDR or not, it's the middle model of cab size, not single but not full, does it have the plug in inside the bed and what other features does it have? (I'm 16)

it will need to be either the TRD Sport or TRD Off Road package to get the plug. you'll need to find out if it is a base, SR5, TRD Sport, or TRD Off Road to know what features it has

It's an access cab. If it has the plug in the bed, and it's from the factory that way, it should be an Off Road or a Sport.
If it's strictly stock, the Sport will have the scoop on the hood, body colored grill and rear bumper, and 17" machined chrome wheels. The OffRoad has 16" rims, no scoop on the hood, chrome grill and chrome rear bumper. They will both have factory fog lamps. The OffRoad will have the buttons on the left dash for lockers and such.
And, unless removed, the obvious thing would be the decals on the bedsides.
