I have 2 identical shower valves I bought at the same time. Installed in two bathrooms. 1 of them turns very easily and smoothly. The other one takes a lot more force to turn the valve ...any reason this may be? they both work fine but one of them literally takes 3-4 times the effort/torque to turn the valve.

I contacted Moen to send me a new valve (in the video the guy said to do that but he only did the quick fix cause he didn't want to wait for a new valve - I have time.) Not sure why I didn't think about contacting them lol I guess I just thought that that's how it was. I'll let you know thanks!
