plz help got a ticket for my tail lights just to borrow someones 2nd gen tacoma tails

i just a ticket by a state trooper for m y tail lights even though iv been told by a sheriff and my police buddie that there legal but anyways i was hoping someone could switch with my for a few hours one day within a month i live in johnson city tn plz if anyones willing to help i would greatly appreciate plz help

also does anyone know the TN bumper laws i also got cited for my bumper which i feel is unfair cause he said he cited me for it cause if i hit sumn it doesnt have any shock obsorbing affect and my airbags wont go off if so then he should cite every car made before the 70's even newer

get a copy of the laws if they are legal. check them. and go to court and fight it. if they are legal you will win.
